No, reference books are non-circulating materials and therefore cannot be checked out of the Library. However, you are welcome to read them in the Library and use the photocopier or scanner to copy a few necessary pages. Please refer to the Copyright Act and the University of Winnipeg's Fair Dealing Policy for copying guidelines.
