The printing ID for U of W students is their student number. To obtain the printing password, students should first check for an email sent to their Webmail account. The subject line of the email will be "Important Printing and Photocopying Account Information." If students have not received this email or have deleted it, they can obtain their printing password by going to Student Central during normal business hours (for hours see http://www.uwinnipeg.ca/index/student-central).
Alumni and guests may obtain access to the Library's computers and printers by registering for a Guest Account. Once registered, alumni and guests are required to show photo ID to the staff at the Circulation Desk to receive temporary computer and printing codes. For more information, please see the Library's Guest Services webpage.
U of W faculty and staff should be provided their printing ID, password, and billing code from their department.
