At the printing/copying stations
1. Choose the Scanner,
2. Tap “Manual Entry” on the touch screen.
3. Enter your email address (this is how the document will be saved and sent to you)
4. Tap "OK"
You are now ready to scan. It is sometimes useful to select the "Preview" option so you can see what your scan will look like before sending. Scan your document the same as you would photocopy. When finished scanning, press the "#" key to send.
After you have sent your scans, go to a computer and login to your email to see if you received your document. Normally, your document will appear as a PDF file, unless you scanned a photograph as a JPEG image.
Please note that the "Scanner" option is on the scanner/photocopier/printer unit itself, not the keyboard where you log in. You do not need to log in to use the scanner as scanning is free.
