If you receive the error message "Transaction rejected. Please see staff," it is recommended that you ask library staff for assistance right then and there, as this message could indicate any number of things. It's possible that you may have simply mis-typed the PIN, in which case trying again may be all that you need to do.
If you have already tried re-entering your student number and PIN, and the library staff are unable to resolve the issue, you will need to fill out an Equitrac Request Form. While the issue is being resolved, you may register for a temporary guest account, which will provide you with temporary Equitrac printing codes.
