In situations such as this, please make certain that you have sent your document to the proper printer, either the COLOURPOOL or the B_WPOOL, and not any other printer or program.
Also please be certain that you have pressed "Accept" after it has calculated your printing costs.
If you have done both of these things and the printer is still telling you that there are no documents to release, attempt to print from a different computer.
If the problem persists, please contact TSC.
