If you have a Zoom class immediately before or after an in-person class, you should book a study carrel ahead of time. The study carrel bookings are managed through Academic Scheduling and are not in the Library. Beginning September 21, 2021, Academic Scheduling will open the study carrels bookings to all students for the fall term. Students will be booked weekly if space is available.
The Library’s open labs are not equipped for audio or video conferencing, and Zoom is not available on the Library computers.
While students are welcome to use the Library’s non-quiet areas to attend synchronous classes on their personal device with the use of headphones, space is limited. Areas reserved for quiet, individual study can be used for asynchronous courses and lectures (with headphones) where no speaking is required.
Earbuds are for sale at the Library's Circulation desk for $3.
